A R Specialist

We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to process billings, new contracts, new customer credit verification, and to monitor accounts receivable for accuracy and collections. The

Responsibilities

• Generate fixed fee and revenue share invoices to participation clients, consistent with contract terms, in a timely manner.
• Provide support with installations and removals with the service department to ensure accuracy of billing.
• Ensure performance reports are received from customers and contact customers when not received timely.
• Review performance reports, verify proper terms and taxes are applied.
• Assist with credit reference verification.
• Process new agreements, verify customer agreements and details.
• Process and apply customer payments.
• Research claims, disputes, chargebacks, and returns.
• Process sales orders and generate invoice copies.
• Answer accounts receivable inquiries and follow up. Return customer calls within an appropriate period to resolve billing concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain accounts receivable and customer files with copies of executed agreements, installation and removal reports, and billings.
• Support the maintenance of the general ledger system and the generation of financial reports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of related accounts receivable experience or training. Gaming experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
