Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently and proficiently perform essential functions consistently.
• Work on road and airport projects, demonstrating versatility in construction environments.
• Clean joints effectively using pressure washing, sandblasting, and compressed air before sealing operations.
• Expertise in removing old sealant manually, understanding its impact on the final product's quality.
• Utilize jackhammers for concrete removal to prepare spall repair, ensuring readiness for concrete or alternative fast-setting products.
• Knowledge of proper material mixing and pouring spall material into cavities, maintaining high-quality spall finish.
• Starting in March/April

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with respect to colleagues.
• Trustworthy and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Punctuality is essential.
