Position Summary Statement: The Grill position is critical to the daily success of the restaurant. We are looking for dependable people who want to work in a fast paced team environment. We are a people focused business that is open late. We serve food until 1:00 am Sunday to Wednesday and until 3:00 am Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Job Requirements:

Great attitude is a MUST
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent menu and product knowledge upon training
Accountable for the preparation of the guests order.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Team player.
Participates in all Fat Shack sponsored initiatives.
Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
