Job Summary: We're eagerly seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Provider to become an integral part of our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you'll assume responsibility for delivering exceptional primary care services, diagnosing and treating a diverse range of medical conditions, and ensuring the overall health and wellness of our valued patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and meticulous medical examinations and assessments, paying close attention to patient history and symptoms.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, employing evidence-based medical practices and treatments.
- Prescribe medications and administer appropriate treatments, with a keen focus on patient safety and efficacy.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies, to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering individual patient needs, preferences, and circumstances.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, empowering them to take an active role in their well-being and disease prevention.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices through continuous professional development and education.
Experience: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record as a Medical Provider in a primary care setting, demonstrating clinical excellence and proficiency.
- Expertise in utilizing electronic health record systems
- A comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, coding (including ICD-10), and billing procedures.
- Exceptional diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret test results accurately and formulate effective treatment plans.
- Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, informing clinical decision-making and patient care.
- Experience in performing specialized procedures, such as botulinum toxin treatment or mammography, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical abilities, enabling the collection and analysis of patient data to facilitate precise diagnosis and treatment planning.
