What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Home Health Aide for a full-time, third shift position located at the Pat Roche Hospice House in Hingham. Our team at the Pat Roche Hospice Hospital is committed to providing our patients end of life care that is comfortable, peaceful and spiritual. Our home is is centered in dignity for every patient and in this position, you can take part in this community.

You will:

  • Take personal care for our patients.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide emotional support to the patient.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Certification as Home Health Aide or CNA required.
  • 1.5 years of personal care experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude.
  • Please be a flexible team player.
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to follow and carryout written instructions.

What your schedule will be:

  • Overnights: 2-3 evenings/week working 36 hours per week, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7pm to 7am.
  • Weekend and evening differential included.

VACCINE REQUIREMENTS: NVNA and Hospice requires full vaccination for Covid-19 and flu as a condition of employment. An exception to this mandatory requirement can be requested.
