We are looking to fill this position in the next few weeks! Work only Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour work week. Doctor must have a valid CA Chiropractic license in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform chiropractic procedures as necessary.
• Create and perform treatment plans.
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations.
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Maintain patient medical records.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Document each patient to CMS standards, with medical necessity clearly documented.
• Exhibit exemplary behavior towards medical and support staff, but especially towards patients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a license chiropractor.
• Must have an active California Chiropractic license in good standing.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong attention to detail in patient visits notes.
• Strong communication stills; Spanish-speaking a plus!
• Open to weekly coaching to ensure that operations continue to grow and run efficiently.
