Responsibilities

• Provide a first-class customer experience
• Install residential HVAC systems including condensers, evaporator coils, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, filters and more
• Communicate effectively with homeowners
• Follow all company processes
• Maintain company vehicle clean at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year experience
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school education or equivalent required
• Great people/communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• EPA certified
• NATE certification is a plus
