Promise Home Care is currently recruiting a Client Relations Manager (Account Executive) for the Orlando/Winter Park area. We are looking for someone who is a dynamic sales leader and eager to GROW our PRIVATE DUTY program in the Central Florida area.

**The ideal candidate will already have established relationships in the area and a current book of business.**

Position Summary

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for being the liaison and coordinating communication with referral sources, including facilities, physician offices, and the like in the community. They will utilize a variety of resources to promote referrals to Promise Home Care. Their goal is to ensure that all persons with a need for private duty home care ultimately choose Promise Home Care.

 

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of proven home care sales performance, preferably in private duty.

· Sales exposure to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Independent Living (IL), Memory Care, and/or 55+ Communities strongly preferred.

· Excellent planning, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

· Enthusiastic, flexible, "can do" attitude, creative and professional.

· High school diploma/equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, public relations or related field, or a background in healthcare such as nursing, social work, or other patient centered healthcare role.
