Job Overview:

Inside Account Managers are responsible for maintaining/growing current relationships, prospecting, and building partnerships that will increase account penetration, agency growth and customer satisfaction within our Home Health Care Division. This role requires a combination of sales skills, knowledge of home health care products & services, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This candidate will manage referrals through web-based referral portals, in person sales calls, phone, fax and email. Focus areas will be reviewing referral paperwork for acceptance, responding timely in referral portals and growing business through various sales strategies while building relationships and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate can work from home approximately 75% of the time and make in person sales calls 25% of the time. 


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and responding to all web based referrals in a timely manner
  • Responsible for scheduling in person sales calls with assigned accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania
  • Identifying new opportunities in your territory and within existing accounts
  • Understanding the Home Health landscape in your market
  • Proactively demonstrate to the customer the value of partnering with Patriot at Home
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions by building relationships
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners in your territory
  • Interact on a daily basis with healthcare professionals and troubleshoot day to day challenges in referral placement
  • Work with Territory Account Managers to identify opportunities and sales strategies
  • Work with Clinical Managers on patient acuity, staffing and coverage areas
  • Meet or exceed targets for new patient referrals and revenue goals


Qualifications

  • RN or LPN, preferred
  • 2+ years experience in related field, preferred
  • Ability to travel less than 25% of time
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with home healthcare products and services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and strong time-management skills
