The Production Assistant works in tandem with the Production Manager and reports to the owner, and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchises profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

The Production Assistant works in tandem with the Production Manager and reports to the owner, and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. Functions:
- Assist Production Manager in Producing and Printing Client orders
- Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, plotters, Flat Bed Printers, and CNC routers
- Conduct inventory and procurement*
- *The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed
- Smaller graphic installations
- Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
- Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
- Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
Ideal candidates will also possess:
- 2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
- Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, cnc routers, flatbed printers, and graphic and signage finishing
