Job Description:

As an Elite RV Service Technician at D&N RV Service, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing RVs to meet exacting standards. Employing advanced techniques and tools developed by industry experts, you will contribute to our reputation for top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of various RV makes and models.

2. Conduct meticulous routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, HVAC, thorough tire inspections, and accurate brake adjustments.

3. Execute installations, repairs, and upgrades of RV accessories and components, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality benchmarks.

4. Provide transparent and accurate estimates for repairs, maintaining open communication with customers throughout the service process.

5. Maintain detailed records of services rendered, parts utilized, and customer interactions, adhering to our stringent billing and warranty procedures.

6. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and RV manufacturer updates through continuous training and development opportunities provided by The National Champion of RV Techs®.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive or RV mechanics preferred.

2. Demonstrated expertise as an RV technician or similar role, with exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

3. Proficiency in hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, with a commitment to precision and accuracy.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

7. RVIA or RVDA certification preferred, with a willingness to pursue additional certifications and training opportunities provided by D&N RV Service and The National Champion of RV Techs®.
