Job Description: 5-10 years Spotfire development, administration, and server maintenance experience using Iron Python, JavaScript, HTML, must have clinical trial experience, strong project management skills as well as technical skills and be able to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure access and working knowledge of data sources, data stores, and key datasets.
  • Review Protocol, annotated CRFs, SDTM Specs, Data Transfer Specifications, and other references.
  • Create and review Spotfire dashboards using Iron Python, JavaScript, HTML.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve existing Spotfire dashboards in compliance with industry data quality and access principles.
  • Create Spotfire dashboards for internal, in-stream data review (e.g., Medical and Safety review).
  • Support multiple studies in infectious disease, all phases of clinical trials.
  • Setup folders in Spotfire Library and internal data library.
  • Execute data reports and download data from various sources (e.g., SFTP, SharePoint) to internal environment.
  • Ensure timely and complete data refresh in Spotfire per set frequency.
  • Monitor data intake and Spotfire performance.
  • Document data intake flow and dashboard design.
  • Work independently with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Data Management, Statistics, Statistical Programming, Clinical Operations).
  • Translate requests into technical specifications.
  • Proactive and curious, willing to research and investigate solutions.
  • Stay up to date on Spotfire LTS releases and hotfixes.
