The primary purpose of this position

Join us in this pivotal role, collaborating closely with one of the most creative teams collectively generating compelling graphics aligned with our brand identity and guidelines. Manage end-to-end production processes, foster collaboration, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure consistency in visual messaging to elevate our brand visibility and engagement. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT YOUR POSITION:

  • Generate captivating graphic materials, showcasing your creativity across various media channels.
  • Assist in the post-production of advertising content, adding important final touches.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing materials to ensure they reach publications and signage vendors.
  • Prepare designs for production with precision and consistency to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Collaborate on special events, contributing to memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Provide graphic solutions for internal needs, meeting the objectives of our various departments.
  • Maintain organized design archives for easy access to our creative assets.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing to refine our content and reinforce our brand message.
  • Ensure consistency and quality control across all graphic materials to maintain our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with lead Designers to ensure quality branding options that enhance our image.
  • Provide essential administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Coordinate projects within the team, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Compile and manage media materials for various platforms to enhance our online presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovation and creativity in our work.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO BRING

  • This position requires at least an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and education preferably in marketing, with minimum 3 years practical graphic design experience.
  • Must have extensive experience in technical programs on a Macintosh or PC platform, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, other graphic software, and general office productivity software (i.e., Microsoft Office suite).
  • An outstanding eye for detail, and commitment to consistency.
  • Solid understanding of grid systems, design systems, layouts, typography, and print standards.
  • Good communication and exceptional organizational skills required, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adapts easily to new technology with interest to learn more.
  • Must maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a shared file system.
  • Additional skills; Website development, WYSIWYG Email editor, DSLR/SLR knowledge a plus.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to work weekends, holidays and evening hours as business demands. While performing duties of this position, employee at times may be required to stand for extended periods, frequently walk, and use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. More frequently sit for periods of time. Must be able to lift 20 pounds with occasional lifting of more than 35 pounds, assisted. Ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, and manage anger, fear, hostility and violence of others appropriately. The position requires the ability to process information using computer methods and technology, at times for more than 75% of the work time. Must be able to move chairs, tables and event props as necessary. The casino work environment may expose you to second hand smoke on a regular basis.
