Construction Materials Field Testing Technician

**Pay Based on Experience**

ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1 Certification Required

Essential Functions

Reliability is a requirement. The position requires that you be able to perform manual labor, lift over 50 pounds, work outside in the elements, and work long hours. We have a flexible schedule, though we are seeking employees willing to work 5-6 days per week with overtime as needed. Time off requests are typically granted with appropriate notice. Reliability is key.

- Will be testing soil along with QC over the site.

- Perform a variety of field tests and inspections in Louisville and surrounding areas

- Document and report your test results – basic experience with MS Excel is valuable

- Perform lab testing of soil, concrete and asphalt

The services provided within the Division are performed to the industry's standards, including ASTM, ASIC, and ACI, as well as state laws governing professional services. All services will be performed in accordance with AET's QA/QC procedures. Perform field and laboratory quality control testing of soils. Perform a variety of tests per AET QA Procedures, maintaining high level of quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
