We are a collaborative team of creative thinkers and doers. We are seeking someone that has a passion for home decor and can help expand our growing ecommerce division.
The Ecommerce Coordinator is an integral role in supporting our increasingly growing ecommerce division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to major ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock and Zulily. This includes coordinating the info needed to reply to customer requests, order processing, creating and analyzing assortments for promotions, content management and actively looking for ways to improve our performance with these major accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support to prevent and quickly resolve problems with orders, products, sales initiatives, etc.
- Set up and maintain product data integrity and accuracy in customer portals or via rich content data sheet
- Coordinate information to complete customer requests and ongoing maintenance of customer accounts
- Handle day to day operations for customers by processing orders, managing inventory and communicating back orders
- Review product selection for promotional opportunities
- Analyze data and determine ways to improve account performance
- Support accounts to ensure accurate and complete master item listings, customer program forms, agreement renewals and other required internal forms
- Work with the warehouse team to update product availability, inventory visibility and pending or delayed shipments
- Manage assigned projects and collaborate with other departments
- Work in tandem with other internal teams to gather content vital to successful listings for customers
- Liaise cross-functionally with multiple internal teams on projects including Marketing, Product Development, and Accounting
- Assist VP of Ecommerce with onboarding process of new accounts
- Ensure product content is fully optimized and follow up with appropriate departments to enhance product content as needed
- Complete retailers' item set-up process
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with ecommerce retailers a must
- Content writing for home or gift products a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, V-lookups and Pivot Tables
- Understanding of platform algorithms and SEO optimization a plus
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
- Self-starter, problem solver, out of the box thinker

Physical requirements:
- Sitting, Standing, Walking
- Lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling)
- Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Speech clarity requires the ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Carrying, Pushing, Pulling boxes, and sample orders up to 50 lbs.
- Working at trade shows for 12 hours during Market to include standing and walking
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Position is primarily remote but will require monthly visits to Duluth office, as well as, tradeshows and customer meetings in our Atlanta showroom. Candidate is required to live in GA.
