At Cannon Beach Conference Center, you'll become an integral member of our enthusiastic summer staff team, which consists of over 80 individuals. Your role will be dynamic, contributing to various departments such as children and youth programs, food services, and housekeeping. Embrace the opportunity to specialize in one of three rewarding roles—Kids Program Leader, Housekeeping/Hospitality, or Food Service Team Member. In doing so, you'll be creating an amazing summer experience for all our guests who visit this amazing coastline.

1. Kids Program Leader:

Candidates for this role should have a vibrant Christian faith and a genuine love for working with children. As a Kids Program Leader, you would play a key role in creating a positive and impactful experience for the young participants. This position is ideal for outgoing individuals with natural leadership qualities who thrive in team settings.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in various aspects of the program from infants to high schoolers.
• Help run our family events like carnival, sandcastle contest, bingo, smores, talent shows and recreation center activities.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 5 to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Incorporate Christian teachings and values into activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children and provide mentorship.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all participants

2. Hospitality:
If you're one who values structured schedules and finds fulfillment in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, this role is for you. As a team member, you will contribute to the overall experience of guests by creating a comfortable and well-kept space.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms.
• Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and set up meeting rooms.
• Provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Christian values in all interactions.

3. Food Service:

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for serving delicious meals. If you enjoy collaborating and working alongside a group of individuals who love serving, then consider joining our Food Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve meals with attention to quality and presentation.
• Assist in dishwashing and contribute to kitchen operations.
• Support activities in our Coach House.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Embrace a Christian ministry setting and contribute positively to the team.
