Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up welding machines based on job requirements.
2. Operate welding equipment to weld metal parts together.
3. Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
4. Follow safety protocols and wear proper protective gear while operating welding equipment.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the welding area.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Welding Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Welding certification is a plus.
