4pm to 8pm Thursday and Sunday

4pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday

We are looking for outgoing and responsible individuals to join our customer service team. The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and assisting them with any questions or concerns about our products. Our customers look to us for a high quality product, so we are especially interested in hiring individuals who provide excellent customer service, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with food.

Responsibilities:

• Check for correct pricing on items and packaging.
• Opening and Closing Procedures
• Prep all pick-up & delivery orders
• Report pricing, stock, or anything else that is wrong to supervisor.
• Answer the phone and be polite to customers.
• Write down address information from customer's credit card.
• Clean up the area around the register.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Forwards whole cake and catering orders to supervising manager and central kitchen
• Communicate on low inventory with the Shop Manager
• Assist with CALENDAR READY orders
• CUSTOMER: Greet and serve customers politely as they approach the counter

Take orders and prepare the cheesecake slice or cheesecake jar according to company guidelines. Monitor orders and ensure their prompt completion. Listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries

• Package food in boxes and bags
• Keep the counter neat and clean
• Sweep and mops the floor regularly
• Restock napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies
• Lobby Cleanliness
• Assist with Opening and Closing Procedures
