Audit & Assurance Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
•Complete reviews, compilations, audits, and research
•Develop plans customized to client's particular needs
•Lead all stages of the audit, including planning, fieldwork, and completion
•Prepare and detailed review of financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP, including documentation, validation and testing
•Direct and perform detailed review for the work of our staff accountants
•Maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to their requests, develop cohesive working relationships with client personnel and the assurance team
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Abilities
•Knowledgeable of general financial accounting and cost accounting
•Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
•Strong analytical and report writing skills
•Experience managing multiple engagements at the same time
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another relevant field.
•3+ years of recent experience working in public accounting and financial reporting.
•Strong academic mindset
•Highly ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
•Continuous learning mindset
•U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S.
