Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Primary Lead Teacher at Lake Montessori School. The Primary Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, teaching elementary education, and promoting effective communication within the classroom and with parents. The role also involves creating a positive learning environment and fostering a sense of responsibility and independence in students.
Qualifications
- Strong background in curriculum development and teaching
- Experience in elementary education
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for education and fostering a love for learning
- Knowledge and understanding of the Montessori method is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification is preferred
