Job Description

We need a bilingual Spanish/English Therapist!! $2,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Bilingual therapist preferred, but not required.

*This is not a telehealth job. It requires driving to client homes and meeting with children and families. You may also meet them at the office or school.

Population We Serve

Children 3-17 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

Parents of the children with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

Work Environment

Work is conducted via telehealth, office, or client homes or parks based on client level of need.

Documentation can be completed at your home.

Flexible Schedule (Mon.-Fri.)

Position is full-time 32-40 hrs a week. (Hours may fluctuate due to client cancellations).

Position hours increase weekly in the first month as you build your caseload.

Position will require travel to service clients for sessions or crisis intervention.

Pay with benefits once you are full-time (32hours a week averaging after 90 days).

Provisionally Licensed $32-$36/per hour, Fully Licensed $42-$46/per hour.
We pay $2/hr more for bilingual therapists.

Generous Mileage Reimbursement at $0.60 per mile.
Time driving is covered for trips 30 miles or more in addition to mileage reimbursement.
PTO (2hrs a paycheck accrual/6.5 days total a year/PTO rolls over)

*A Weekly Commission is also offered based on reaching billable weekly targets which is an additional $5,800 annually to your base pay.

Position is also offered as 1099 Contract with no benefits for:

$36-$38/hr for Provisionally Licensed
$48-50/hr for fully Licensed

Education:
Master’s degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or equivalent.

Training & Experience:
Registered with DORA as an LSW, LPCC, MFTC, NLC is required.
Fully licensed must have LCSW, LPC, LMFT, OR PSYD.

A clinical background working with children and families required.

Experience completing Biopsychosocial Assessments and Treatment Plans required.

General Description of Duties:

Position requires providing mental health counseling to children and adults. Adheres to the spirit of the mission statement while performing assigned duties.

Supervision Received:

Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Team Lead.

We provide you with supervision for licensure of LCSW, LPCC, LMFT at no cost to you.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent working knowledge of behavioral treatment for children and adolescent behavioral health
Ability to work through assessments of behavioral health conditions and diagnose.
Ability to collaborate and work as a team with Targeted case managers in the treatment of psycho-social issues.
Sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority communities a must.
Experience working with Medicaid populations.
