Job Description
Position Summary:
Will lead Member Experience operations at their home gym, with an emphasis on member service, schedules, and inventory. This position reports to the home-gym General Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
- Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
- Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
- This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
- Support retail, concession, promotions.
- Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
- Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Be self-motivated and able to motivate staff in a positive manner
- Must be organizational
- Possess strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills.
- Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic.
- Must promote team spirit in the workplace.
- Possess good leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism.
