Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain repair schedules for automated wash equipment, building, and parking lot.
• Create and implement maintenance checklists.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure the smooth operation of all automated wash equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building and parking lot.
  
• Guide and mentor Maintenance Technicians, fostering their technical skills and professional development.
  

To qualify, you should have:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance manager
  
• Willingness to learn new equipment and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience with heavy machinery, electrical and/or plumbing systems is a plus.
  
• Experience leading a team.

Additional Information:
Full-time position, Monday - Friday with weekends off.
Tools and uniform provided.
Heavy lifting may be required for equipment repairs.
