Mike's Tech Shop, NYC's Apple Premium Service Provider, is a fabulous place to work! We're a rogue squad of tech rebels looking to help lovers of Apple devices. We sell and repair Macs, iPhones, iPads and more, are an authorized provider of Apple sales and service, and we love music, Star Wars, and fixing things!

*This is a full time, in-store position. Work hours are 10am to 6pm and may include a weekend day. Covid-19 vaccination is required.

Expectations & Required Experience:

• Computer tech background, ideally 1+ year(s) experience as a certified Apple hardware repair technician.
• Experience interacting with customers in person and on the phone.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data recovery
• Experience with Slack
• Experience with Google Office

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Helping to check in and diagnose repairs.
• Performing break-fix repairs on Macs (mostly) and iPhones quickly and accurately.
• Communicating with customers regarding the status of repairs and advising the best course of action.
• Focusing on customer delight, taking great satisfaction as you rebuild not only computers, but also relationships with customers.
