Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time

The therapy team within the Ogden, UT region is looking for a fantastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join us in providing life-changing care for our amazing residents. The Ogden region consists of Crestwood Rehab and Nursing, Lomond Peak Nursing and Rehab, and South Ogden Post Acute. These facilities focus primarily on rehab, short-term, and long-term care.

What do we ask from you?

Requirements

• Current Utah - Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
• Associates degree from accredited university
• Effective communication
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
• Enjoys working with the general population of a skilled nursing facility

Job Duties

• Occasionally treat clinically complex patients
• Provide competent care for geriatric patients
• Provide adaptive ADL-retraining
• Learn documentation process and maintain productivity standards
