• Manage a full case load from initial drafting of pleadings to trial.
• Conduct discovery
• Conduct depositions
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Write legal arguments precisely and persuasively
• Interact directly with client and provide sound legal advise

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland
• Have at least 3 years of litigation experience preferably in family law
• Pleasant and courteous
• Ability to multi-task with ease and flexibility
