🏥 RN Medical ICU (MICU) – Wichita, KS
💵 Salary: $27.64 - $40.02/hr + $3.25 night differential, $4.50 weekend differential

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🕒 Full-time nights (7-10 hour shifts), including rotating weekends.
• 🏥 Provide critical care for patients with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, and more.
• 🩺 Utilize strong assessment and clinical skills for multisystem disorders, invasive procedures, and emergency conditions.
• 🤝 Lead coordinated efforts among healthcare disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• 📜 Active Kansas RN license or multistate RN license.
• ❤️ Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• 🚑 Previous ICU or acute care experience is highly regarded but not mandatory; willing to train dedicated professionals.
