Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Hydraulic Technician with a focus on IWOCS to join our team at Ocean Edge Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic systems, with specific expertise in the operation and maintenance of IWOCS equipment. This role involves working closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the reliability and performance of hydraulic systems in subsea operations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems for Intervention Workover Control Systems (IWOCS) equipment.
Conduct comprehensive inspections and tests to ensure hydraulic system integrity and functionality.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop hydraulic solutions for subsea projects.
Provide technical expertise and support for hydraulic system design and operation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all hydraulic system activities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Mentor and train junior technicians in hydraulic system operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hydraulic systems, with a focus on IWOCS.
Proficient in hydraulic system design, operation, and maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel and work offshore as required.
Ability to travel 30 - 40%
Trave will require weekend at times. Domestic/International
