We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a deep understanding of their organizational culture.
- Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate talent needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Gather feedback from both candidates and clients to continually refine the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.
- Perform inside sales calls to attract new clientele
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the staffing industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
