Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with fabrication including being able to read blueprints and technical drawings, along with overall warehouse operations and safety. Responsibilities:

• Reading Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Ability to interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Welding: Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and stick welding.
• Metal Fabrication: Knowledge of metalworking processes such as cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling metal parts.
• Machine Operation: Experience with operating machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Measurement and Inspection: Skill in using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts.
• Material Knowledge: Understanding of different types of metals, their properties, and best practices for working with them.
• Quality Control: Ability to perform quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Safety Practices: Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during fabrication processes and find effective solutions.
• Maintenance: Basic maintenance skills to keep fabrication equipment in good working condition.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Project Management : Basic understanding of project management principles to manage time and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Experience in MIG & MIG/TIG and stick welding.
  
• Experience using a Horizontal bandsaw, drill press.
• Able to use basic math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and work with fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate in a team environment.
• Work progressively with little supervision.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and follow complex instructions and/or directions.
  
• Must be 18 or older.
• Attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Commitment to safety compliance.

Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
