Job Description

Compensation is $18 per hour. Strong candidates will be kind, hard-working, charismatic, punctual, trust-worthy, and responsible.

Team member must possess our Company Core Values of Quality, Value, Community, and Service with open availability on weekends. (Store hours are from 8am-9pm).

Candidates for full time positions should have a minimum of 2 years cooking experience. Experience is a plus but not required for part time positions.

Great Candidates will ensure we maintain our strict rules as it relates to the following bullets:

FOOD SAFETY AND PLANNING:

· Maintain the cleanliness and energy of the store and its team, ensure the store is always clean and will therefor continue to receive exemplary marks for all health inspections.

· Maintain portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste, including making sure that all prepped food is stored and dated in accordance with the highest food safety standards

· Assure that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant

PERSONNEL

· Be charismatic with customers and always positive in the workspace

· Respond to team, management, and guest comments in a constructive and positive way and encourages Team Members to act in a similar capacity.

· Maintains high quality service and cleanliness standards at all times.

· Maintain adherence to all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests, including escalating to management for appropriate action.
