Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced fabricator with managerial experience to help keep this family owned company growing.

Responsibilities for Production Supervisor

Supervise the shop operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
Provide training and educational materials to staff
Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department

Qualifications for Production Supervisor

Proven experience working in a fabrication shop.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Welding background
Must be knowledgeable with brake press and shear machines
Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
Prefer some CAD Experience
