Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking to hire an experienced fabricator with managerial experience to help keep this family owned company growing.
Responsibilities for Production Supervisor
- Supervise the shop operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
- Provide training and educational materials to staff
- Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
Qualifications for Production Supervisor
- Proven experience working in a fabrication shop.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Welding background
- Must be knowledgeable with brake press and shear machines
- Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
- Prefer some CAD Experience
