Accounts Receivable Specialist / Accounting Administrator - GROWTH!

Position is open to considering someone with experience in one of the following industries: property management, construction, development, housing, engineering, architecture or others. The company provides approximately 80-85% coverage for health care, 401K, bonus potential based on performance, yearly reviews/increases, and much more!! Duties Include:

• Inputting accounts receivable
• Reviewing leases to understand rent increases
• Inputting rent increases
• Following up on rent discrepancies in payment
• Running financial reports
• Billing tenants for various costs and adjusting tenant accounts
• Reconciling bank statements
• Setting up tenant accounts and inputting lease terms related to CAM's and increases
• Following up with Property Manager on questions related to tenant accounts
• Processing month and year-end close
• Assisting with audits
• Entering CAM information
• Entering deposits into Excel
• Managing tenant files
• Providing back up to Accounts Payable

Desired Skills:

• Ability to work well as a team
• Strong financial auditing and analysis

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• MRI software experience is a plus!
