Life Skills Specialist

We are currently seeking a Life Skills Specialist to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. REQUIRED: Driver's License must be valid and in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania. This position involves the transportation of clients in a company vehicle.

Hourly rate: $15/hour

Schedule: One day a weekend. At least two split shifts 12pm - 8pm.

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Provide direct care to adults with chemical dependency problems in the 3C Program.
• Participate in implementing client’s treatment by communicating with all relevant parties.
• Accompany and transport clients as assigned.
• Orient new clients to unit, program and milieu.
• Teach the principles and practice of the 12 Step Programs of AA and NA.
• Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support client care and program advancement.
• Participate in developing life skills in an individual and group setting.
• Oversee daily schedule for 3C clients.

Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in behavior healthcare industry.
• Valid Driver's License Required
