As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitorial staff member to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and diligent individual to join our team as a Janitorial Staff member. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facility, ensuring that members can enjoy a pristine environment during their workouts. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a positive experience for members and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and members.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
