We are seeking a lab assistant, front desk, and phone room floater. Responsibilities will be:
Lab assistant: Clean and sterilize equipment/utensils used in clinic, help stock rooms, take inventory, assist X-ray technician as needed. order supply's if necessary
Front Desk Receptionist: Check-in/Check-out patients, enter demographics, schedule return appointments, collect co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles.
Phone Room Operator: scheduling, cancelling & rescheduling appointments, dispatching calls internally, taking patient phone calls, enter new patient information into EMR system, schedule referral appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
1 year medical office/clinic experience preferred
Knowledge of EMR system is a plus
Insurance Knowledge, Excellent Communication skills and customer service, Organized with attention to detail.
