Job Description

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager for our brand new Adolescent Program in Fallbrook, CA. The Program Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth operation of the constituent parts of AMFM Healthcare’s Adolescent program as it relates to house operations, program policies, procedures, compliance activities, as well as accounting for the proper training of staff in regards to their duties at the residences and other applicable sites.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and leadership. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize AMFM Healthcare and nurture program and client success from inception to completion.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Manager will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed. These include but are limited to:

  • Be the primary point of contact for direct care staff and serve a major function of performing management and compliance activities directly related to Program Operations and basic Human Resources functions with the ability to work varying hours.

  • Effectively schedule 15-25 direct care staff on 24 hour shift schedules with the ability to adapt to various employees' schedules and arrange for reliable coverage at all times.

  • Proficiently navigate our time management system for payroll, approving/denying staff overtime, managing the timecards of supervisees, and minimizing the organizations payroll liability through efficient monitoring.

  • Strong grasp of the fundamentals of the AMFM Healthcare’s Adolescent Program with the ability to execute the mission statement of the organization.

  • Strong skills in conflict resolution between clients, high proficiency in the ability to ACA block, deescalate tense situations, and awareness/sensitivity to all clients.

  • Train new program staff and orient them towards their required duties, such as ensuring that information in passdown’s and communication from the house are accurate and provide a reliable account of the activities occurring therein.

  • Conduct Safety Surveillance Tours of the facility, monitor the status of each house's Infection Control practices, and conduct regular inspection of the premises at your designated sites.

  • Manage the logistical needs of the facility, ensuring all clients get to appointments on time, that drives are scheduled, and act as the primary point of contact between the program and the organization as a whole.

  • Participation and collaboration in leadership meetings among other program divisions and quality management related projects.

  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department in order to provide them various documentation and information needed to maintain CCL Licensure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Child and Adolescent Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Services, or other closely related field. (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience working with children and adolescents.

  • Experience working with developmental disorders and mental illness (adult or child).

  • Must have successful experience leading a team.

  • Possess valid driver’s license that meets our insurance carriers requirements.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Current T.B. clearance

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs.

  • Must be able to pass a federal DOJ background check (Livescan).
