Position Overview: As a Litigation Paralegal at Hartley Law, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, supporting attorneys in the litigation process for personal injury cases. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the pursuit of justice and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and organization.

• Conducting legal research, gathering evidence, and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Maintaining communication with clients and court staff

• Managing and updating case files, calendars, and deadlines.

• Assisting in trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management.

• Scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury cases preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and the litigation process.

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document management.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with legal software and technology.
