Investment Banking Analyst 3/A2A, Technology M&A

Our client, a leading technology investment bank focused on providing strategic and financing advisory services to high performing software and tech-enabled businesses, is looking to add an experienced investment banking Analyst 3 or A2A to their technology M&A team.

Candidate profile

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of technology M&A and financing transaction experience with a highly reputable firm. Successful candidates will bring advanced Excel, LBO modeling and SaaS analytics skills, as well as experience and comfort working with clients, professional services firms and institutional counterparties through every step in the deal process.

Key responsibilities

Conducting extensive client and industry sector due diligence

Building detailed three statement financial models with LBO functionality

Developing financial analyses and materials for transaction counterparties

Managing workflows and collaborating with our team, clients and partners

Maintaining communications with transaction counterparties
