POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for receiving of all shipments and the preparation, documentation of received shipments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or training.

Knowledge:

• Must speak, read, and write English
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions & work requirements with little supervision
• Pays attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and the general public
• Domestic and International shipping/receiving

Level of Experience: 1+ years relevant experience with Domestic and International shipping/receiving

Level of Education:

• High School education or equivalent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.

• Accurate count for all items on received shipments from UPS or LTL carriers
• Prepares all receiving documents (shippers form, bill of ladings, purchase orders, etc. )
• Stocks and rotates finish goods
• Inventory Control
• Maintains a clean work area (mopping, trash pickup, etc.)
