Daily work in this role includes:

• Managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for everyone, and guiding the sales and customer service team to resolve customer challenges positively.
• Driving membership, promoting retail sales, setting performance goals, and working with the team to achieve them.
• Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.
• Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including local and state licensing laws for Laser tech, and estheticians).
• Creating a strong workplace culturewhere all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
• Modeling the Posh Lash and Laser core values of Professionalism, Educate, Deliver Excellence, Move with Integrity, Inclusivity.
• Sales Leadership
• Produces results consistent with monthly goals. Manages productive location shifts to ensure spa meets and exceeds key performance objectives. Lead Associates to do the same by embracing, practicing, and coaching all guest experience behaviors.
• Partners with District Operations Manager to take smart risks and seek creative value-added solutions to challenges.
• Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover by sharing all best practices.
• Communicates business goals and priorities to maximize Associate performance, increase sales opportunities and profitability.
• Celebrates positive Associate performance and partners with District Operations Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development. Administers Performance Improvement Plans when necessary, in a fair and consistent manner.
• Maintains presence through effective floor sales leadership, ensuring staff coverage in all areas of the location.
• Analyzes business reports, creates and executes Action Plans, in partnership with the District Operations Manager, to improve any results.
