Physical Therapy Partners is searching for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to join our dynamic team as a full time physical therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Cary, NC. Physical Therapy Partners is an independent, 100% physical therapist owned practice.

Physical Therapy Partners provides an uncompromising focus one on one patient interaction with 45 minute time blocks. We salute our patient successes and help them heal through setbacks. These relationships with patients are what continues to fuel our passion for providing physical therapy care. We are excited to be a truly independent, patient focused physical therapy practice. Responsibilities:

-Identify deficits and meet patient goals and needs.

-Incorporate Manual Therapy techniques with Exercise- Therapeutic and Neuromuscular and functional training to restore patient's prior level.

- Reduce the need for medications and alternatives for surgery.

-Develop care plans based on a through evaluation.

- Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patient specific needs.

-Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function at an optimal level.

-Document patient care services.

-Consult and practice with other health professionals.
