Dental Assistant Lead / Dental Assistant

Our family-owned dental practice is looking for a friendly dental assistant. Chairside duties involve all chairside duties expected of a dental assistant. Back office duties involve keeping office and sterilization area clean, maintain equipment and miscellaneous side projects. We need someone flexible who is able to wear different "hats" based on what clinic needs on a particular day and help existing employees with their tasks. We value good personalities, integrity, honesty and reliability- everything else we can teach. We are open 3 full days Tuesday-Thursday ( 8am-5pm).Pay is competitive and based on skills and performance, and so are bonuses. Dr. does most general dentistry services, as well as cosmetic dentistry , Invisalign and getting into Botox/ Fillers. We follow CDC recommendations in regards to Covid safety. We are hoping to find someone who could work all 3 shifts, but are open to helpers wanting to pick up 2 or 1 day/ week. Experience:

• Dental Assisting: 2 years minimum (Required)
• Assist dentist with procedures
• Take digital impressions of the mouth
• Discuss treatment options with patients
• Work with other team members to provide excellent service to patients
• Meet with patients before treatments to update and communicate dental health information
• Expert with making temporary crowns
• Take digital impressions of the mouth
