As a Home Improvement Tech, you will be a part of a team for home repair projects. **Responsibilities:**

- Perform remodeling tasks, including bathroom and kitchen remodels

- Perform carpentry tasks such as installing and repairing trim, windows, and doors

- Install and repair decks and patios

- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required

- Repair and finish drywall surfaces

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties

- Conduct routine inspections to identify necessary repairs

- Perform routine maintenance tasks regularly

- Provide accurate estimates to customers

- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment

- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment

- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs

- Retrieve necessary tools and materials

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a carpenter/remodeler with knowledge in other trades

- Understanding of general maintenance processes for residential properties

- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

- Able to pass a background check

- Must own day-to-day tools of the trade (specialty tools provided by the company)
