Oil and Gas Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2-3 years of Oil and Gas Administrative Assistant experience.

Perform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to the following:

1. Answering phone calls

a. Handle calls pertaining to title issues, 1099’s, tax issues and check detail inquiries.

2. Mail handling

3. Document Scanning

4. Clerical and data entry

5. Reviewing/processing division orders

6. Set up basic divisions of interest

7. Set up new owners

Provide advice and assistance to the marketing representatives of each client.

Working with operators within the companies we represent in assisting their interest owners.

Provide assistance to employees within ExTex with situations that arise within the company they represent.

Experience Required:

-Strong basic math skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

-Experience with some form of oil and gas software would be a positive asset
