Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Hourly Rate: $15-17/hour

• On the job training and tools provided!!
• Driver License Required
• Rotating on-call weekends (one weekend on, one off)

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Regular Maintenance duties, such as- general carpentry & building repair, painting, basic electrical & plumbing, grounds work and light janitorial work.
• Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance work of average difficulty
• Performs a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general mechanical repair work.
• Performs a variety of carpentry tasks in the maintenance of buildings; Installs and repairs electrical outlets (if qualified), fans and lighting fixtures.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, water and drainage lines.
• Paints and decorates interiors and exteriors of buildings.
• Operates and utilizes a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
• May keep simple records and make routine reports such as time expended and materials used.
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience:

• Valid Driver's License required.
• General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
