Location: Lincolnshire, IL Short term summer project work ("intern") (Note: Not apart of Zebra's official Internship program and will not participate in internship activities)

Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm 40 hours per week Hybrid scheduling option: M, T, TH work from Lincolnshire, office

Job Summary
Designs and analyzes products for cosmetic and functional housing, internal components, and
development, including evaluation of existing standard parts, equipment and packaging. Verifies designs using CAE, manual methods, and functional test. Designs and performs experiments for verification analysis.

Mechanical Engineer I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes requirements for less complex design projects.
Works on analysis of processes and delivers results to necessary stakeholders.
Analyzes results and recommends solutions.
Works on developing expected results on a variety of products.
Develops documentation for new projects and reviews previous results.
Works with latest technologies and new approaches.
Reviews changes or upgrades to existing designs or test.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions on assignments.
