Job Description
Role
As a Quality Engineer (also known as Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Control Engineer), you'll promote quality achievement and performance improvement, develop and implement quality metrics, and act as the primary contact for operations quality issues. You'll also lead problem-solving methodologies with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work directly with Maintenance, Process Techs, Operators to implement Manufacturing & Quality Engineering improvements.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the injection molding/plastics industry.
- Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, Excellent Communication Skills, Experience in a Manufacturing Environment, ISO 9001 Certification Experience, Injection Molding Experience, Non-conforming Product ID, Quality Control Data Analysis, Quality Inspection Experience, Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Injection Molding Machine, Quality Control Software.
