Custom Kitchen and Bath Designer

The Artisan Shop is seeking a full time Designer with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in kitchen and bath design. We are an award-winning custom cabinet company with Design Centers/Showrooms in Loveland and Boulder Colorado. Our Loveland location is 15,000sf of showroom, offices as well as our manufacturing facility.

The primary focus of this position is to be Lead Designer and work independently on projects, as well assist our other designers as needed in all aspects regarding the responsibilities of the design team. Designers manage projects through their life cycle. This includes but is not limited to:
• pre-contract meetings with potential clients and bidding
• design/drafting from architectural blueprints or other drawings
• project costing, submitting invoices and contracts
• on-site field measurements and client meetings
• final meeting with production/engineering team to coordinate accurate and detailed manufacturing
• follow up with clients on projects post-delivery/installation to help create punch lists and ensure satisfaction

Skills beneficial to this position include: minimum of 3 years Kitchen and Bath Design/Sales experience in high end custom cabinetry, CAD/Cabinet Vision Software experience a big plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary as well as experience in all Microsoft platforms - Excel, Word and Outlook. Applicants must be professional, detail oriented and willing to be part of a team environment.

This is a salaried position with plenty of growth potential as well as a benefits package that includes paid time off consisting of vacation and personal time; an insurance offering of health, dental and vision plans as well. Office hours are 8am-5pm M-F with an occasional need to meet clients outside of these normal business hours.
