Job Summary:

As a Driver Operations Specialist for Airspace Technologies, you will be responsible for maintaining a quality and TSA compliant driver network.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Driver Network:

• Collect, manage, review and approve driver-partner TSA compliance documents, contracts and virtual ID verification sessions
• Handle escalated driver service issues
• Manage the inventory and sending of driver supplies such as badges, CBR bags, and more

TaskUs Support:

• Support the overseeing of TaskUs functions such as driver payment, activations, and more
• Provide pre and post-activation inbound support for escalated driver concerns
• Report out on status and what may be driving performance within the DriverOps LOB

Implement continuous improvement:

• Propose and implement solutions to improve (1) driver quality and (2) DriverOps processes

Misc:

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned

Required Qualifications:

• On site (in-office) position: Monday - Friday
• Familiarity with Tableau, MS Office, Google Suite and other computer and internet applications and tools.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and display independent decision-making skills.
• Able to adapt to changes in the business, strategy, and technology.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in-person and by email, phone, video conferencing, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate accurate information.

Compensation:

• Hourly Range: $21.00 - $25.00
